The main focus is to improve the performance of the athlete.  Athletic massage helps athletes reach and prolong their peak performance, increase flexibility, and reduce chance of injury.  It is important appropriate massage strokes and stretching are determined for each individual athlete.

STONE THERAPY  (Hot & Cold)              

Smooth stones are heated or cooled and then used to penetrate deep into the tissues.  The soothing heat of hot stone therapy accelerates blood and lymph flow and increases circulation.  This is a relaxing and soothing treatment for tired and sore muscles.  Cold stone therapy helps to decrease inflammation and swelling of sore injured muscles and tissues, thus allowing for deep tissue work.
